Ultra Mini Keyboard
I just bought the Ultra Mini Keyboard
Followed the instructions
The Dongle got installed - (IPAZZPORT)
But the keyboard won't respond
I tried everything
Including holding the RF button on the keyboard and pressing the little button under the dongle.
What am I doing wrong?
I am taking it back today, can't handle stuff that doesn't work, last time it was your finger mouse that had a faulty battery. I am beginning to loose confidence in Merlin products.
The keyboard should connect automatically to the dongle without pressing anything. While operating the keyboard, is there any light indicator from the keyboard. If there is none, it's either there is no charge on the device or there it is not turned on. Otherwise it could be a device problem. You can bring this device to Merlin service center for checking and replacement if necessary.
